Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 avocado pitted, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch lettuce coarsely chopped
  • 1 Serrano pepper optional

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot but not smoking, add the cubed chicken, and cook in one layer, for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, Turn pieces of chicken and continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes. Set aside to cool
  • Meanwhile, chop all the other ingredients and put in a bowl.
  • Prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients and whisk with fork or whisker
  • Add the chicken and dressing, combine well and enjoy

Notes

  • For a little sweetness you may add honey to your dressing, I do it for a change and I like it
