Creating this simple yet delicious pasta sauce doesn’t require a lot of ingredients, money, or time. You have three options: Vegan, Meat (Bolognese), or Fish. I love them all! This recipe is tailored to my taste, but feel free to get creative and add anything you think will make it even more scrumptious, like wine (which I occasionally do) or pancetta (I don’t eat pork, but I’ve seen others use it). Enjoy experimenting!
